1. The sludge extracted from the biochemical reaction tank is transported to the coagulation mixing tank.
2. Coagulate and mix with polyethylene iron and polymer in the mixing tank to form a colloidal plume.
3. The gel plume is concentrated by gravity in the concentration part, and a large amount of filtrate is discharged from the filter seam of the concentration part.
4. The concentrated sludge continues to advance along the direction of screw shaft rotation, and is dehydrated under the internal pressure formed by the back pressure plate.
5. The dehydrated mud cake is discharged from the gap formed by the back pressure plate and the main body of the dehydrator.
